General Questions

We offer a comprehensive range of printing services including business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, posters, letterheads, envelopes, stickers, labels, vinyl printing, large format printing, and custom apparel printing. If you don't see what you need, please contact us as we can accommodate most printing requests.

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. However, you can place orders online 24/7.

Ordering & Pricing

You can place an order through our website by selecting your product, customizing the specifications, and adding it to your cart. Alternatively, you can visit our shop in person, call us at +255 682 786 336, or email us at info@graphicsking.co.tz with your requirements.

We accept mobile money (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money), bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash payments. Payment must be made in full before we begin production of your order.

Yes! We offer competitive pricing for bulk orders. The more you order, the better the unit price. Contact us with your specific requirements for a custom quote.

Absolutely! Contact us via email, phone, or through our website with your specifications, and we'll provide you with a detailed quote within 24 hours.

File Requirements & Design

We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PSD (Photoshop), EPS, and high-resolution JPG or PNG files. PDF is our preferred format. Files should be print-ready with all fonts embedded and in CMYK color mode.

For optimal print quality, images should be at least 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the final print size. Lower resolution images may result in blurry or pixelated prints.

Yes! Our professional design team can help create custom designs for your printing needs. Design services are available for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your design requirements and get a quote.

Bleed is an extra 3mm area around your design that extends beyond the final cut line. It ensures that your design prints all the way to the edge without white borders. Yes, you need bleed if your design extends to the edge of the product.

Production & Delivery

Production time varies depending on the product and quantity. Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days for most products. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional fee. Production time begins after proof approval and payment confirmation.

Yes, we offer delivery services within Dar es Salaam and to other regions in Tanzania. Delivery charges are calculated based on order size and destination. You can also pick up your order from our location to save on delivery costs.

Yes! Once your order is in production, you'll receive updates via email or SMS. You can also contact us anytime to check on your order status.

Currently, we only offer delivery within Tanzania. For international orders, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Quality & Warranty

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we'll gladly reprint your order or provide a refund. Please review our Warranty Policy for complete details and contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Yes! We provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Once you approve the proof, production will start. This ensures that you're happy with the design and specifications before we print.

For large orders, we can provide a printed sample for approval before proceeding with mass production. Additional charges may apply for sample printing. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
