1. Introduction

Welcome to Graphics King. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Graphics King's Website and services. By accessing this website and placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Graphics King if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Company" refers to Graphics King
• "Customer" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions
• "Services" refers to all printing services offered by Graphics King
• "Products" refers to all printed materials and goods offered for sale

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order with us, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an order confirmation email. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the order confirmation email.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment must be made in full before order processing begins
• We accept various payment methods including mobile money, bank transfer, and cash
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Design Files and Artwork

Customers are responsible for providing print-ready files. We require:

• High-resolution files (minimum 300 DPI)
• Correct dimensions with appropriate bleed where required
• All fonts embedded or outlined
• Colors in CMYK format for print
• Files in acceptable formats (PDF, AI, PSD, etc.)

Graphics King reserves the right to reject files that do not meet our specifications. Additional charges may apply for file preparation or corrections.

6. Proofing and Approval

Digital proofs will be provided for approval before printing begins. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve all proofs. Once a proof is approved, Graphics King is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved proof. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.

7. Production Time

Production times begin from the date of proof approval and payment confirmation, not from the date of order placement. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Production times do not include delivery time.

8. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Graphics King is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
• Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery
• Delivery charges are calculated based on order size and destination

9. Quality Standards

We strive for 100% accuracy and quality in all our products. However, due to the nature of printing, slight variations in color, cutting, and finishing may occur. A tolerance of +/- 5% is industry standard and acceptable for quantity variations.

10. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we will gladly reprint or refund if:

• There is a manufacturing defect
• The product does not match the approved proof
• The wrong product was delivered

Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

11. Intellectual Property

Customers warrant that they own or have the right to use all materials submitted for printing, including images, logos, and text. Graphics King assumes no responsibility for copyright infringement or trademark violations. The customer agrees to indemnify Graphics King against any claims arising from copyright or trademark infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

Graphics King's liability for any claim arising out of the products or services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to Terms

Graphics King reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
