At Graphics King, we take pride in delivering high-quality printing products and services. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer this warranty to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the following:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Errors in printing, cutting, binding, or finishing that are attributable to Graphics King
  • Color Accuracy: Significant color variations from the approved proof (beyond industry-standard tolerances)
  • Material Defects: Defects in paper, cardstock, or other materials used in production
  • Incorrect Specifications: Products that do not match the approved specifications (size, quantity, finish, etc.)

Warranty Period

Our warranty period is 30 days from the date of delivery. Claims must be submitted within this period to be eligible for warranty service.

What Is NOT Covered

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Errors present in the customer-approved proof
  • Damage caused during shipping (if shipped by a third-party carrier)
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color, cutting, or registration within industry-standard tolerances (+/- 5%)
  • Products damaged by natural disasters, accidents, or misuse
  • Customer-supplied materials or files
  • Color variations between different print runs
  • Subjective opinions about color or appearance if within industry standards

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery via email at info@graphicsking.co.tz or call +255 682 786 336
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect
  3. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or the return of the product
  4. Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will offer a reprint or refund at our discretion

Warranty Resolution Options

If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide one of the following solutions:

  • Reprint: We will reprint your order at no additional charge
  • Partial Refund: If a partial reprint is acceptable, we may offer a prorated refund
  • Full Refund: In cases where reprinting is not feasible or acceptable, we will issue a full refund

The choice of resolution method is at the discretion of Graphics King based on the specific circumstances of each claim.

Proof Approval Process

To minimize errors and ensure your satisfaction, we provide digital proofs for all orders. By approving a proof, you confirm that all content, colors, images, and specifications are correct. Graphics King is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof. Please review proofs carefully before approval.

Color Matching

While we strive for accurate color reproduction, please note that colors may vary slightly between:

  • Computer screens and printed products
  • Different print runs of the same product
  • Different paper stocks or materials

We recommend requesting a printed proof for critical color matching needs. Additional charges may apply.

Quantity Tolerance

Due to the nature of printing production, a variance of +/- 5% in quantity is considered acceptable within industry standards and is not covered under warranty. For example, if you order 1000 business cards, receiving between 950 and 1050 cards is within acceptable tolerance.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of the original order. Graphics King is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or delay damages.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure warranty coverage:

  • Inspect your order immediately upon receipt
  • Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture
  • Handle products with clean, dry hands
  • Report any issues within the 30-day warranty period
  • Provide clear documentation and photos of any defects
